CeramicSpeed Ceramic Wheel Kits - Zipp 9

The CeramicSpeed Ceramic Wheel Kits - Zipp 9 is the bearing upgrade built for NSW rim brake wheelsets — a six-bearing replacement kit that reduces drivetrain friction and extends hub service life well beyond what stock bearings deliver. The kit covers 202, 303, 404, 454, and 808 NSW rim brake wheels, with four 61803 bearings, one 61903, and one 61804 included to replace every bearing in the front and rear hubs.

Two versions are available: standard and Coated. The Coated option adds a three-micron treatment to the bearing races — the hardened tracks the ceramic balls roll on — making them smoother and more resistant to running dry. CeramicSpeed's testing puts Coated race longevity at 7.5 times that of conventional bearings and 60% longer than their own standard ceramic bearings. Each kit ships with the bearings pre-lubed and a 10ml syringe of CeramicSpeed All Around grease for ongoing maintenance.
