Enve

ENVE was founded in 2007 in Ogden, Utah, by a carbon fiber engineer who learned his craft in aerospace and NASCAR before turning that precision toward bicycle components. The brand — originally called EDGE Composites — built its reputation on carbon wheels capable of winning World Cup downhill races and surviving years of hard riding without compromise. Today, ENVE makes complete bikes as well: the Melee for road and the Fray for gravel, both built around the same made-in-Utah carbon construction that defines the brand. At RA Cycles, the ENVE collection spans 171 products — from the Melee LTD at $15,200 down to wheels, cockpit components, and accessories — all carrying the same commitment to material quality and ride longevity that ENVE has held since day one.

About ENVE

ENVE was founded in 2007 by Jason Schiers in Ogden, Utah, under the name EDGE Composites — rebranded to ENVE in 2010. Schiers came to cycling through aerospace and NASCAR, where he developed the carbon fiber manufacturing expertise that would define ENVE's approach: a belief that molding process matters more than raw material, and that a component built correctly should last for years, not seasons. That philosophy earned ENVE its first World Cup downhill race win with carbon wheelsets and over 50 additional podium finishes, including years sponsoring the Santa Cruz Syndicate with Greg Minaar and Steve Peat. American-made in Ogden with a team of 50, ENVE remains one of the few brands that manufactures carbon components domestically at scale. Learn more at ENVE's official website.

At RA Cycles, the ENVE collection runs from $30 accessories to $15,200 complete bikes. The bike lineup covers the Melee (ENVE's road platform, available as a frameset or complete build with SRAM Red AXS) and the Fray (gravel and adventure riding, available in Premium and Pro builds). Framesets include the Melee, Fray, and Mog. The wheel range features carbon road and gravel options including the AR40, complemented by a full cockpit lineup — one-piece handlebars, stems, forks, and computer mounts — all built from the same Utah-made carbon.
