The Deda Superleggero Stem was built around a single constraint: get the weight as low as physics allows without giving up the stiffness a serious rider actually needs. Forged from 7050 aluminium alloy with titanium hardware throughout, this road stem uses a split two-piece faceplate to shed every gram the design will allow. The exterior is finished with Duracer, a ceramic treatment that hardens the surface against corrosion and daily wear.
At 100g for a 110mm length, the Superleggero sits at the lighter end of the alloy stem category — and unlike some ultralight components, it doesn't trade stiffness for that number. The 82-degree angle suits a range of road setups, and the stem is available from 80mm through to 140mm in 10mm increments, so dialling in your reach isn't a compromise.
