The Campagnolo Record 12s Disc Hydraulic Shifter Set pairs a carbon fiber lever blade with a forged aluminum caliper in a single matched unit — front or rear — designed to integrate cleanly into a 12-speed Record build. Mineral oil hydraulics come pre-bled from the factory, and the lever offers 16mm of reach micro-adjustability so the brake engagement point sits where your hands naturally want it.
Separate thumb paddles for upshift and downshift keep inputs distinct under pressure, reducing the chance of a missed shift when you're pushing hard out of a corner or sprinting. The flat-mount caliper accepts 140mm or 160mm rotors depending on the variant you choose — note that rotors are sold separately and are not included with this set.
