Reynolds Cryo-Blue Power Brake Pads are engineered specifically to work with Reynolds carbon rims, and that specificity shows in performance. The compound and geometry are developed alongside Reynolds' own rim laminate — so braking feel is consistent, controlled, and less likely to cause heat damage to the rim surface.

The pad profile is wider than a standard brake pad, producing a 44% larger contact area. Six angled slots channel heat away from the pad during hard stops. Reynolds claims a 33% increase in stopping power in dry conditions and 42% in the wet. Available in Shimano/SRAM and Campagnolo-compatible versions, both fitting standard brake shoes. Worth noting: Reynolds' wheel warranty requires the use of Reynolds-approved pads.
