The stainless-steel plate is shaped to engage the Keo Grip cleat consistently regardless of foot position, and the spring tension is adjustable between 8 and 12 degrees of float — enough range to suit most riders' knees without a separate cleat purchase. A 17.3mm stack height keeps you close to the axle, which suits riders who prefer a direct, efficient pedaling feel.
