The Favero Assioma UNO Upgrade Kit turns an existing Assioma UNO single-sided power meter into a full dual-sided Assioma DUO setup by adding a matched right pedal with its own power sensor. The kit includes the right pedal, a two-meter micro-USB charging cable, and a magnetic charging connector, and pairing it to your existing left pedal takes a few seconds through the free Favero Assioma app rather than requiring any recalibration of the pedal you already own. Once paired, the two pedals work as one system, measuring power independently from each leg instead of estimating a full reading from one side and doubling it, which is the real difference between single-sided and dual-sided power data.

The added pedal runs the same IAV — Instantaneous Angular Velocity — technology as the rest of the Assioma line, rated to ±1% accuracy with temperature compensation across a -10°C to 60°C range, so readings hold up from a cold morning start to a hot afternoon climb. It reports IAV Power Phase and IAV Rider Position data alongside standard power and cadence, giving a genuinely detailed look at pedaling technique rather than just a wattage number. Each pedal runs on a rechargeable lithium battery rated for at least 50 hours per charge, and broadcasts over both Bluetooth and ANT+ simultaneously, so it pairs with a head unit and a phone app without switching modes. The pedal body carries an IP67 water resistance rating and weighs about 151.5 grams.

Because the upgrade kit uses the same pedal body and cleat interface as the rest of the Assioma line — compatible with LOOK Kéo-style cleats — installing it doesn't change how the bike fits or feels underfoot, and the Q-factor stays the same as the original UNO.
