3T RaceMax Integrale WPNT GRX Di2 Bike Info

The 3T RaceMax Integrale WPNT GRX Di2 Bike has been 3T's best-selling gravel bike for four years, and the Integrale update addresses the one thing riders consistently flagged about the original: a top-tube cable routing port that sat directly where you'd want a bag or a computer mount. The new version routes all cables through the 3T Apto Integrale Stealth stem — hydraulic lines, electronic wiring, everything — and the top tube is finally clean. The Integrale system requires an electronic drivetrain because mechanical cables can't route this way, which is why this version pairs with Shimano GRX Di2. The underlying bike is unchanged in its intent: an aerodynamically engineered gravel platform designed around the tires gravel riders actually use, not borrowed road-bike profiles scaled up for wider rubber.

3T calls this approach REALFAST, and it shows up in several specific decisions. The lower downtube is 75mm wide — shaped to aerodynamically shield both water bottles from airflow, which reduces drag and keeps bottles clean from road spray. The rear wheel cutout fits as closely around the tire as packaging allows to minimize gap-induced turbulence. The headtube is narrow to reduce frontal area while still housing a 1.5-inch steerer for lateral stiffness. Downtube profiles are size-specific, placing water bottles in the aerodynamically optimal position for each frame size rather than using a one-profile-fits-all solution. The double-drop chainstays open tire clearance and crank clearance simultaneously: 700c tires to 46mm WAM on standard wheels, or 650b clearance to 61mm WAM if the terrain calls for something wider. The threaded bottom bracket is a considered choice — better alignment than press-fit, no creaking over time, and straightforward to service.

Shimano GRX RX825 Di2 is the top-tier gravel-specific electronic groupset, and the RaceMax Integrale runs it at both ends — RX825 Di2 rear and front derailleurs with matching levers. The crankset is GRX RX610 with a 46/30 chainring combination, which provides a meaningful jump in range that a single-ring setup has to compensate for with a wider cassette and larger gear steps. With 2x, gear steps on the 12-speed HG710 11-36 cassette stay small enough to manage cadence precisely, whether you're spinning up a long climb or holding a fast pace on a gravel road. Brakes are GRX RX400 hydraulic disc with RT64 160mm rotors front and rear. Di2 shifting has no cable stretch to tune as the bike ages, and Shimano's E-Tube app allows multi-shift and function customization.

The 3T Superergo Integrale LTD handlebar is designed for electronic routing only — internal channels from bar to stem to frame, with no external housing runs anywhere in the cockpit. The Superergo drop shape gives the multiple hand positions extended gravel riding requires, and the clean routing means there's no port or cable loop to interfere with a top tube bag, a handlebar pack, or a computer mount. Six sizes from 48 to 61 use road-style frame sizing, with a consistent 74° seat tube angle across all sizes. That's an aggressive forward position — built for riders who push tempo and want the same power engagement they'd have on a road bike, not an upright adventure position. The 418mm chainstay holds constant through the full size run, and BB drop tapers from 77mm on smaller frames to 73mm on the 58 and 61.

WPNT marks where the frame gets its finish. 3T paints every RaceMax Integrale WPNT in Montello, Italy near their headquarters — metallic and iridescent colors inspired by classic Italian cars, applied in-house under quality control that wouldn't be viable in a high-volume contract paint operation. The bikes are built to order with a 6-8 week lead time, which is worth factoring into purchase timing. Wheels spec as 3T Discus 40|30 or Zipp 303S depending on availability at order time; the saddle is San Marco Shortfit or Shortfit 2.0 Off Road, both short-nose designs appropriate to the position. At $5,599, the GRX Di2 build sits at a deliberate price point for a bike that's been 3T's gravel flagship for four years, now updated with the cable integration it always needed.

The RA Perspective

The RaceMax Integrale is 3T's most serious gravel bike, and the Integrale update is the one it needed. The external top-tube cable port on the original was a genuine annoyance for anyone who wanted to run a top tube bag or mount a computer cleanly — it sat exactly where you didn't want it. The new routing through the Apto Integrale stem solves it entirely. Cables disappear from the headtube area, and the cockpit looks designed that way from the start rather than retrofitted.

The REALFAST aero engineering is legitimate in practice. Running 700x42 or 700x45 on a bike where the frame was shaped for those tires — close rear wheel cutout, aerodynamically shielded bottle mounts, size-specific downtube profiles — makes a real difference on road sections and fast hardpack. It's not dramatic, but it's consistent, and it compounds over the course of a long ride.

The GRX Di2 2x drivetrain is a smart spec choice here. The 46/30 setup keeps gear steps tight while covering the range you need on mixed terrain — particularly useful on rides that mix climbing and fast road sections where a wide 1x cassette would leave you hunting between gears. Di2 electronic shifting is reliable and low-maintenance, which suits a bike designed to be used hard.

Two things worth knowing before buying: this bike requires an electronic drivetrain to use the integrated routing, so it's not a candidate for future mechanical groupset swaps. And it's built to order with a 6-8 week lead time from 3T. Plan accordingly. If neither is a concern, the RaceMax Integrale WPNT is the most complete version of 3T's gravel argument to date.
