Below, we outline the key responsibilities and expectations for our ambassadors to ensure a successful and rewarding partnership.

1. Social Media Engagement

We believe in the power of social media to connect with the global cycling community. As an RA Cycles Brand Ambassador, you'll play a vital role in sharing your experiences with our brand.

• Collaborate with RA Cycles for at least 2 posts per month on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
• Posts should include high-quality images or videos, tag RA Cycles, and use our branded hashtags.
• Collaborations can include stories, reels, or static posts showcasing RA Cycles products, events, or your cycling adventures.

Your voice and creativity will help us inspire and grow the RA Cycles community!

2. Lead Group Rides

Cycling is a sport that thrives on community. We encourage ambassadors to be leaders in their local cycling scenes by hosting group rides.

• Host at least 12 group rides per year (approximately one per month).
• Wear RA Cycles-branded cycling apparel during these rides to represent the brand.
• Promote the rides on social media with event details, inviting the local community to join.
• Share post-ride highlights, including photos and feedback from participants, to celebrate the success of your events.

These rides are a great way to bring people together and grow the cycling community while representing RA Cycles.

3. Be a Local Liaison

We want our ambassadors to be the face of RA Cycles in their communities. This means becoming a trusted source for cycling knowledge and representing the brand in a positive light.

• Act as a resource for cyclists in your area, answering questions about RA Cycles products and services.
• Share insights about your local cycling scene with our team to help us better serve riders in your region.
• Support and promote any local events or initiatives sponsored by RA Cycles.

Your efforts will help us strengthen our presence and relationships within your community.

4. Quarterly Reviews

We value a strong, productive relationship with our ambassadors. To ensure we're all on the same page, we will evaluate the partnership every 90 days.

• A review of your contributions, including social media posts, group rides, and community engagement.
• An open discussion to share feedback, ideas, and areas for growth.
• Opportunities to collaborate on new projects or adjust goals as needed.

These evaluations help us celebrate your achievements and ensure you have the resources you need to succeed as an RA Cycles ambassador.
