The Scott Scale RC World Cup EVO is an elite cross country bike that seamlessly blends low weight with incredible stiffness. Scott’s decades of carbon manufacturing experience allowed them to make this hardtail machine that can compete at the highest level. They wanted to create a simple and straightforward bike that simply focuses on performance with the new Scale. This resulted in an aggressive bike that is faster than ever. The frame of the Scale is made with a monocoque carbon fiber construction. The use of one mold for the main triangle of the bike results in better stiffness and more efficiency thanks to the continuity of the carbon. High modulus and ultra-high modulus carbon is used for the best possible power transfer. Overall, this frame weighs in at just 912 grams, cutting 57 grams off the already incredibly lightweight 2022 model.
