The frame of the Look 785 Huez RS comes in at just 990 grams, making it an outstanding climber. When it comes to constructing a carbon frame, few have more experience than Look. With 30 years of carbon frame engineering at their backs, Look took the initiative to get ahead when metal frames still reigned supreme. Honing carbon construction over this time led to the Huez which has optimal tube shapes for maximum inertia in each tube. Strong tubing with sidewalls just 0.6mm thick led to the ideal stiffness to weight ratio. The length, size, and shape of every tube was taken into consideration to make this frame fast, stable, and agile without even cracking the 1,000 gram mark.
This version of the Look 785 Huez RS is designed to suit flat mount disc brakes which are excellent for powerful and modulated stopping in all weather conditions. It can also fit tires up to 30mm thick in case you want more of an endurance road setup. This version comes equipped with a Shimano Ultegra Di2 groupset for 12-speed electronic shifting at a reasonable price. The comfortable geometry of the Huez also makes all day riding possible in conjunction with wider tires.
