The Shimano XT groupset gives you an ideal setup for your mountain bike at a lower price than the XTR group. This aluminum rear derailleur is an essential part of the 1x 12-speed XT groupset. It decreases tension in low gears to keep things smooth and quiet through your full ride. It also has an added bumper on the pulley cage with faster shifting and less shock. Larger 13T pulleys increase efficiency as well as chain management.The XT derailleur comes with a Shadow RD+ with a stabilizer which reduces chain slap and chain drop. With a lofty cage, it works with most Shimano cassettes, including the 10-45T and 10-51T XT cassettes. This derailleur is incredibly stable and is optimized to take on any trail.
