Its performance begins with tire optimization, using precise REALFAST aerodynamics to engineer the frame around real-world tire measurements (WAM and RAM). This ensures the Primo excels with road, cyclocross, gravel, and even wide 650b adventure tires, offering versatility across diverse riding conditions. This version has Fulcrum Rapid Red 900 Wheels with 45mm tires. By tailoring airflow redirection to actual tire dimensions, the Primo achieves exceptional speed without compromising grip or comfort.
The frame’s Sqaero tube shapes are central to its aerodynamic edge. The wide downtube, at 50x75mm, redirects airflow from large front tires while balancing strength and stiffness. These shapes extend to the headtube, seatpost, and fork, enhancing aerodynamics across the platform. The Primo is optimized for real-world riding, remaining aero with water bottles, demonstrating superior performance even when outfitted with knobby tires and mud.
