Purchase PolicyPurchasing by Credit Card - All telephone or e-commerce generated purchases must be made using a credit card. For safety and ease we ask all those placing orders via credit card to do so through our safe online website.
Purchasing by Check - We accept checks by mail for purchases but reserve the right to hold purchased goods until receiving cleared funds. Products are sent promptly once full payments are received.
Purchasing via Bank Transfer - We also accept bank transfers as an alternative payment method. Please contact us for details.
Returns PolicyReturns on Factory Configured Bikes - Merchandise must be unused and packed in original format. Prior approval necessary within 5 days after receipt of goods to receive a refund - please call the shop - a 10% restocking charge is applied to all returns.
Returns on Custom Configured Bikes - Custom bikes are not returnable except under exceptional circumstances in which a 20% restocking fee is charged. Please call to talk to an associate. Returns on Parts and Accessories - We accept returns on unused parts and accessories within 20 days of purchase. Prior to 10 days a full refund will be given. After 10 days customer will have a choice of store credit or a gift card.
